Collection Manager

Job Requirements

 

 

·      Minimum 7 years RECENT experience as a Collection Manager in a "PROFESSIONAL DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY" specialized in collecting DEBTS OF BANKING PRODUCTS (Credit Card, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, etc).

·      Ability to use very advanced collection technology.

·      Good experience in managing experienced and specialized team and direct them for handling local and international assignments, and achieving targets.

·      Ability to deal professionally with multinational and local banks and other financial institutions.

·      Preferably Arab national, he must be conversant in English.

·      Be a graduate or post graduate from an accredited university

·      Excellent Computer Skills.

·      Proven oral and written communication skills  

·      Ability to analyze internal processes and results.

·      Ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent organizational skills.

·      Must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines.

·      Strong analytical skills to develop and implement strategies for departmental results.

 

Job Profile

·      Successful candidate shall be having very recent hands-on experience in collecting debts of banking products in a professional collection agency (not in a bank). He will be responsible for managing 30-50 professional multi-cultural staff of collectors, senior collectors and team leaders.

·      His daily tasks shall include supervising staff to perform tasks effectively, meeting production targets, management file reviews, meeting and exceeding compliance standards.

·      Reports to be communicated to upper management and client outlining daily and monthly results.

·      Collection strategies to be monitored and analyzed.

·      Training, coaching & developing the collections skills and negotiation skills of the staff.

·      Hire to achieve departmental staffing needs.

·      Dealing professionally with multinational and local banks and other financial institutions.

Position requires relocating to Middle East, United Arab Emirates, Dubai/ Sharjah
